we injecting the two injections from one sample preparation to know the precision and reputability of the analyte.
(During real analytical practices we inject only two injection in single assay analysis. So accuracy of single injection is question.)

RS is qualitative nd assay is quantitative analysis.for that purpose nd for get better accuracy,we r prepare two preparations and injected two injections in assay analysis.
