how to know the bearing number if we know the bearing outer dia. and inner dia and width of bearing?..

suppose for example we have 6308 bearing the LAST NUMBER 8 in bearing number should multiply with 5(8*5=40).so the inner diameter of shaft is 40.hope u understood
