Why we are always only used 11 kv. , 22 kv ,33kv in transmission line? Why not use 25, 55 ,65 kv ?

rms/form factor=1.1 its multification factor of transmission so its calculate 11,33,66....

our teachers in University has also said like this that actually this is 13 kv generated and not 11....so i think its not necessarily 11. it could be any...

I want to ask a question which i faced during testing of Capacitive Voltage Transformer in AIS. We have measured the C1 , C2 individually , but when we start to measure the total C1+C2 , the testing equipment shuts down and says low loading. Kindly is it possible to find the total capacitance by using measuring device. kindly briefly explain the procedure.
As per standard, transformer body earthing and other Equipment earthing (Equipment earthing) did not connect. but in LT side termination we are doing metal glanding in both side Transformer to PCC Panel through armoured cable, now X'mer body earthing and PCC Pane earthing (Equipment earthing) both are connect.is this safe for X'mer or other equipment?
