Lap should be staggered min 1m
But if it is not possible on site condition or you are not able to stood column vertically lap can be provided in between h/4 from top and bottom
If i use easy word to explain you can leave staggerd in middle of column
H/4 should be calculated as clear hight of column
Means h= heiht of slab - thickness of slab - depth of beam
