3PH 40KVA IS THE O/P OF THE GENERATOR MAX.LOAD WE RECEIVE
IS=40*.8=32KW( TAKING STD. AS COS IS 0.8 OF THELOAD SIDE
POWER FACTOR).TAKING MIN. LOAD MEANS DECREASING ITS
EFFICIENCY. YES IT IS NECESSARY TO GIVE BLANCE LOAD IN 3
PH SIDE TO AVOID HEATING & TO GET MAX EFFICIENCY, SO NO
PHASE LEFT WITHOUT LOAD
