BALANCED THEN NO LOAD WILL BE ON NEUTRAL, IF LOAD IS
UNBALANCED THEN UNBALANCED LOAD WILL GOES THROUGH
NEUTRAL.SO FIRST WE SEE THAT LOAD IS BALANCED IN PHASES
THEN IN THIS CONDITION NO CURRENT WILL FLOW THROUGH
NEUTRAL,SO NOT REQUIRED FULL CORE.

HOW DO YOU PROVE THE HIGH VOLTAGE CABLES OR BUSBAR IS DEAD EVEN AFTER IT IS DE ENERGISED
