Software testing start right form the requirement phase and
continues till the release time because requirement related
defect caught later in the SDLC it is difficult to fix them.

Actually, testing process is initiated parallelly with the development of the coding.... only when the complete requirement is obtained.

In the Testing, How do we find the Duplicate Defects. In the case of testing is going on On-site r off-shore..some times on site and off-shore people may enter defects at the same time..those may include duplicate defects. how we have to find those defects..
