Group by is used to find an aggregate like SUM or count for
a group of values. Where as Qualify is used like the having
clause on functions like RANK.

Group by is like partition by in OLAP
like tradition group by following having class if we filter (aggregate columns )
Qualify is also functioning like having in OLAP.with partition by class .
