Boss should be a father in family. He should motivate an
employee to extract fullest strengths from him. He should
be neither autocrat nor democrat. Coordinate business
functions to his subordinates. He should be like a mentor
in the school.Help employees in attaining the objectives
set by employees. He should consider the employees
grievances for redressal. He should be like a Friend.
Consider employees benefits & provide all resources to his
subordinates. He should take his team problems as if
belongs to him and try for solutions along with his
subordinates.
