There is vast diff between two types of engine,

2 stroke engine completes its combustion cycle in two
revolution while four stroke in four revolution so in 2 stroke
we will be having more power and in 4 stroke more fuel
economy.

Also 4 stroke engines having valve arrangement for suction and
discharge while in two stroke there is only ports that
open/closed by movement of piston.
