my merrige has been done in 2008/dec with usa green card holder ,after then she went out to usa an after three months i apply for student visa and that time i did not mention that i m merried now she become citizen and she apply for me so anything problem creat?

My husband was denied K-3 visa to the USA when he went for interview at Lagos, Nigeria. It was to be recommended for revocation of his papers for suspicion of marriage for immigration. IA HVE APPLIED FOR POLICE CLEARANCE IN CHENNAI FROM 1990 TILL DATE.I STUDIED IN A PLACE OUTSIDE CHENNAI WITH IN TAMIL NADU FOR 5 YERAS FROM 1995 TILL 2000. HOW SHOULD I GET THE POLICE CLEARANCE NOW .MY COLLEGE HAS GIVEN ME CONDUCT CERTIFICATE AS GOOD.IS IT MUST I SHOULD GET IN PLACE WHERE I STUDIED ALSO .KINDLY SOME ONE HELP ME . IAM CONFUSED PLEASE
