depend on which type of Fan regulator used..
if old resister type used then answer is same power
if new electronic type used then low speed means low power
consumption...

No.. The power consumed by the fan in both low n high speed,
remains the same.. bcoz at low speed the current given to the
armature reduced but the reduced current is given to
resistance.. hence the speed reduces but power absorbed
remains constant...

10rm cable can got load ---- amp? Or Which Size Cable can take the load 100amp capacity SCR; breaker.
