where,
Pz=wind pressure
Vz=design wind speed
Vz=Vb*K1*K2*K3,
Where,
Vb=wind speed at particular place,
k1=risk co efficient
k2=terrain category
k3=topography factor
(for k1,k2,k3 values use is875 part3)
