which connection is safer series or parallel?usually which connection we prefer at home?..

Answer / p.gupta.1852

Both connection are harmfull if not worked safely. You may
ask that which one is very usefull and why. Usefullness
of the connections is depends on your requirement and
availability and type of supply source .
In series connection source voltage will divide in the
loads connected in series and current will depends on sum
of impedance of the loads. In series connections if any load
is defective the other load can not be operated. Also if
different loads of current levels are connected in series
they will not give required result.
In parallel connections source voltage will be same for all
loads upto the voltage regulation level and current will
depend on sum of current of each load. As number of loads
increases current will also increase. If any one load became
defective other loads will do there work normally.

Parallel connections are required in house wiring because
our appliances are of same voltage level and are of
different current level and we want them to operate
saperatly.

which connection is safer series or parallel?usually which connection we prefer at home?..

Answer / anil

Parallel or Series connection, all depends upon the
requirement. In Homes, parallel connection is preferred
because the apparatus used in home is of same voltage level
like AC, Iron, Microwave, Tubes, Bulb etc. all the equipment
marked 220v Rating. whereas series connection is used where
Low voltage devices are connected to sum up to connected to
equal supply voltage.
Both are equally safe and harmful.

which connection is safer series or parallel?usually which connection we prefer at home?..

Answer / karthik

Parallel connection is good with compare to series connection.
because,
in series connection the current will divide & in parallel
voltage will divide.

Dont ask this type of silly questions ok bye.
