Planning means, what is to be done in next future, so it is
typically related with the, formation of plans, and their
consequently implementation. Planning is very necessary for
every organisation in generate its vision, formulate its
mission and then shape their activities as per the plans, so
when there is a mission/objective/goal, there will be a
planning for attain them successfully and with the expected
profitability.

helps us to know how to be there in a market, how to improvise
our business and also a good plan can say the future.
A plan is an important aspect of business. it serves the
following three critical functions helps management to clarify
, focus and research their business's of projects development
and prospects. Provides a considered and logical framework
within which a business an develop and purse business
strategies over the next three of five years.
