development team says that due to a change in the
requirements, they will be able to deliver the system for
SQA 5 days past the deadline. You cannot change the
resources (work hours, days, or test tools). What steps

1. priortise the tests based on the requirements
criticality,complexity, end user stressed .
2. check with the developers about what requirements are
going to be changed and how many tests are going to be
effected due to that.
3.check with the project manager to defer any of the
functionality testing for later .
4. check with the developers how thorough that their
modules are tested .

-Ask the Developers or Refer FRS in which module he had
done the changes then according to that prepare Test
Scenarious and then execute them accordingly.
-Perform Sanity and System Testing
