If the capacitor feeder is switched ON without any load, is there any display in the ammeter at the incomer?

yes the ammeter will show some small current value, if the
capacitor fully charged it will not take any current

YES IT WILL SHOW SOME READING AS THERE IS NO LOAD THE CAPACITOR ACT AS A LOAD.BUT WHEN THE CAPACITOR IS FULLY CHARGED THE CAPACITOR IS BY PASSED SO THERE WILL BE NO READING IN THE METER.
