Usually it depends on this situation. For example, if you are interviewing for the position of sales. Not only good selling skills and excellent customer service will make you stand out but you also need to demonstrate how it'll help the company. You can answer, "in addition to promoting and selling the products/service to clients while making sure he/she received the excellent customer service, I'm energetic and an analytical person who do the cross-selling by determining the client's requirements which results in high sales turnover."
