for drill through, we have to select the source report(summary) and target report(detail report)but both report contains a one same column or reference column .
right click on source report ,drill through option you can c and click and select target report by giving the new link, with the same column name

1. Open the target report in Query Studio.
2. Confirm that the report is available for drill-through
access:
● From the menu, select Run Report, Advanced Options.
● Select Enable drill through from a package in the report
output and then click OK.
3. Create a filter that will serve as the drill-through
parameter, or that will be used to filter the
report.
● Select the column that you want to filter on, and click
the filter button.
● Change the settings as needed, and click OK.

for eg:-
create a detailed repots,apply filter on that like
([ordermonth=a] save that
then create one detailed report
create new promt page
in that drag anew value prompt
follw instrction
then right click on data item click on drill through

we develope the drillthrough reports in ssrs by right click
on report then one wizard will open.in that go
to 'navigation'.then click on goto url...goto
report....this way u can develope drillthrough report.
