Answer / Sumit Kumar Paswan

A successful leader must have a deep understanding of himself and his own strengths and weaknesses. This self-awareness allows him to lead effectively and make sound decisions. In addition, a successful leader must understand the organization's mission, values, culture, and structure. This knowledge enables the leader to align the organization's goals with its resources and capabilities. The leader must also have a clear understanding of the individuals and groups he is leading, including their skills, motivations, and needs. This understanding allows the leader to effectively communicate and motivate his team and make decisions that are in the best interest of both the individual and the organization.
