Answer / poorna
if the generator frequency falls during running condition
it may result in circulating currents if it running in
parallel with other generators or it is connected to grid,
remedy is to increase the speed of prime mover by any means
if not possible reduce the load

Answer / siva rao
the emf induced in alternator will reduced to very low value
and the generator will not serve any load.if the frequency
will fall to a lower value the excitation of the generator
must be increased.
