pent house is nothing but the area above furnace or where
all water/steam header combine to main header or steam drum.
it is the opening which may be closed or open( mostly closed
to minimize the heat loss due to radiation) is not exposed
to hot flue gases.

You may not see a Pent House in Boiler. Whereas the
PentHouse is located in ESP(Electro static Precipictator).
The Pent House is located at the top of the ESP, Where u can
see the rapping arrangements for electrodes.
