what is slip and what is the principal of axial pump
Answer / Rubina Parveen
In the context of marine engineering, SLIP (Sliding Liquid Interface Protector) is a type of cable used for underwater applications. It has a sliding liquid interface that separates the water from the cable's conductors to prevent corrosion. The principal of an axial pump is based on the movement of fluid through the rotation of a rotor (impeller) inside a stationary stator, creating a pressure difference between the two ends of the pump and forcing the fluid to move in the desired direction.
