I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name? My Consultant asking me 50K as a security Deposit. Kindly tell me what are all the document, to Appear in the H1B VISA? What is probability of getting VISA from Chennai Consulate? Hi All, This is karthik from bangalore, I have applied for my H1B and it got selected in lotto and it's approved on June 19 2008.Now i am waiting for mu interview date.
