i got h1b visa recently it will take overall process 2
months for me. at the time of interview i got 221 g blue
form after that they sent me a mail and asked me to drop my
passport in vfs.
after dropped my passport in vfs they will take 1 month time
for process and send it to me my passport with visa.
so dont worry about your query you will get passport with visa.

yes, I got visa after submitting all 221g documents but
overall process takes 3 to 6 months after your sumission .
Once they satisfied with your docs they will give a call
and one more document.After that u have to send ur passport
along with the document u received recently thru VFS
With in couple of weeks ..u will get ur passport with
stamping and all supporting doument like I129,797,LCA ect

What kind of projects US company is working on?
I completed my graduation in 2001 and joined for my post graduation in 2002. So i have 1 year gap during this period. During this period i attend some graphics courses and joined classes to crack my post graduation entrance test. Will this create any problem for the interview.I have the certificates for the graphics classes that i attended. IF the officer asks me then what should be the response?

My certificates(10+2 onwards) are having the Surname of my parents mentioned but my Passport(which was made based on 10th certificate where even my name was without surname and I made it after changing my name adding the surname) is not having the surname of my parents mentioned. My question is, will it be a problem for me when I apply the H1B visa? I do have the US B1 visa. Here is my background: B1/B2 Valid till 2016 Company C Travelled on it L1B valid till 2011 Company B Never Travelled on it H1B Valid Petition till 2011 Company A Not Stamped yet. Going for it. 1. Is there any problem getting H1B stamped as I have not travelled on L1B? 2. Will my L1B cancelled, once H1B got stamped? 3.
