Hi, I am Titus. I have completed my B.E course on 2005 and I was having arrears which I cleared 2011. But I started to work from 2005 on wards.Totally I have 6 years experiance in IT. Now I am working XXX(joined 2010 , after cleared arrears). My employer willing to sponsor H1B visa and they are ready to approve. Can any one please suggest me, whether I can proceed with my 6 years experience to get H1b. Please suggest me,

Hi I am Ganapathy, My H1B got approved through my company. I am also planning to apply H4 for my wife & my kids. My problem is that i do not have the marriage certificate, but I got an affidavit done with notary on my marriage. My wife passport also carries my name Will this be sufficient for the interview please suggest

for student visa they rejected u since u dont have confidence on u that u will return back to india.now how can we beleive that u will return to india after 3 years or when ur work permit expires.justify?

My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Now the consulate there said it would take 3 weeks to process, do you think it would create a problem. They have also asked for his resume???? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE suggest....he's not stuck cos cant enter US...shuld he go back to india or stay in switzerland to process it???
