Hi, I am Titus. I have completed my B.E course on 2005 and I was having arrears which I cleared 2011. But I started to work from 2005 on wards.Totally I have 6 years experiance in IT. Now I am working XXX(joined 2010 , after cleared arrears). My employer willing to sponsor H1B visa and they are ready to approve. Can any one please suggest me, whether I can proceed with my 6 years experience to get H1b. Please suggest me,

hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? H1B approved in October 2008 I got H1B Approval NoticeI-797B form which is valid from 3rd October 2008 to 21st September 2011.i still did'nt went for Visa stamping.I would like to ask few questions in this regard. 1.When is the correct time to go for stamping? 2.As i have applied from a consultancy so do i need to take any new employment offer letter from a new YYY company? 3.Presently i am working in XXX company?What should i carry from this XXX company? 4.If visa interviewer asks "If ur visa is been approved long time back then why you are coming now?" My wife has gone on H1B visa in November. Now I have applied for H4. In case they ask why I din't go along with her what should be my reply?
My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Now the consulate there said it would take 3 weeks to process, do you think it would create a problem. They have also asked for his resume???? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE suggest....he's not stuck cos cant enter US...shuld he go back to india or stay in switzerland to process it???
