How can we Integrate AP,AR,CM & FA to GL? What is the
procedure need to fallow as a functional consultant?

There is nothing specific which we need to do to integrate
these modules. Oracle takes care for that. Only the
sequence of configuration is important. One should
configure the instance in following sequence
1. GL
2. AP
3. FA
4. AR
5. CM
