Be it transducer or converter, the job is same that is
conversion but depending upon the input and output we
received it is termed as transducer or converter....
Transducer converts non-electrical parameter like
pressure,temperature,etc to electrical parameter like
voltage and current... whereas converter converts electrical
to electrical only. Eg: voltage to current or current to
voltage converts

Which converts one form of energy( mechanical ,chemical
vibration) to other form (in to electrical energy)is called
transducer .example for the transducer are bellows bourdan
tubes which are primary transducers.
And coming to the converters it is also just like
transducer it also converts one form of energy to other
form examples of it are (v/i& i/i converters)means in this
converters we can measure the parameter of input & out put
side

Basically transducer converts Non-electrical energy into a electrical energy.Ex.-pressure converts into voltage or electrical parameter by a LOAD CELL.Output of transducer become so weak so that it must required amplifier to next stage.
Other hand Converter converts electrical energy into other form of electrical energy i.e.AC to DC converters or I to V converters.mainly converted energy proportional to input energy.
Simply we say that ALL CONVERTERS BECOMES A TRANSDUCERS BUT ALL TRANSDUCERS NOT BECOME A CONVERTERS.
