I married here in the Philippines to american citizen,we have one child and it's a boy and he was born last January 18,2010,so now i'm planning to apply my visa just to see him.what kind of visa should i supposed to apply with my son?PLease i need your answer as much as possible.thank you

My husband was denied K-3 visa to the USA when he went for interview at Lagos, Nigeria. It was to be recommended for revocation of his papers for suspicion of marriage for immigration. I have not received any letters yet concerning this. I have tried calling but canot get any person on the line. What do we do now?
