since the mass of an electron is very less(9.31exp(-31))kg.
this is the reason mobility of electrons is high than hole.

Mobility is directly related to the relaxation time and inversely related to the effective mass of the particle.The relaxation time of both electrons and holes are nearly same but the effective mass of electrons is less than that of holes .That's why, mobility of electrons is higher than that of holes.
