In oracle payroll when we are initialization balance
process we use two interface table

1.PAY_BALANCE_BATCH_HEADERS
2.PAY_BALANCE_BATCH_LINCES

HR_API_BATCH_MESSAGE_LINES

and for Balance
PAY_BALANCE_BATCH_HEADERS
PAY_BALANCE_BATCH_LINCES
