Answers were Sorted based on User's Feedback
TORQUE AND MOMENT r acting on the shaft
TORQUE is twisting moment... that come from load acting upon
at the shaft radius distance i.e., load x distance(radius)
MOMENT is bending moment... that come from load upon at the
shaft length wise distance i,e., load x distance(length)
SOMETIMES torque and moment r acting on the same shaft..

Moment is the rotational effect of any physical quantity. It may be area, inertia or even a force. It is equal to the physical quantity multiplied by the radial distance or the moment arm.
Moment when taken specifically in the case of a Force is moment .It is basically the rotating effect of the force. When the force acts at a certain distance from the pivot point perpendicular to the radial arm, is termed as torque.
