Answer / rivers
transformer is not an amplifier bcos transformer works on
the principle of energy conservation i.e., during step_up
(say)volgate is increased at the o/p but current is
reduced therfre power is kept constant .in an amp since a
power source is connected ,power inc at the o/p and hence
amplification.

TRANSFORMER PRINCIPLE IS FARADAY'S LAW OF ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION.IT HAS NO PHYSICAL RELATION WITH PRIMARY OR SECONDARY COIL.
A CHANGING CURRENT IN ONE COIL AND INDUCE VOLTAGE IN OTHER.
IT IS ALSO A LOT MORE DIFFERENT FROM AN AMPLIFIER.

may be its a amplifier. But here we consider two cases basically.
1)Step up---Here the low voltage amplified to High
voltage. Its the working like same as Amplifier
2)Step down----Its not called as Amplifier.Its called
detecor or adaptor means to reduce the voltage

A transistor WORKS AS AN AMPLIFIER when a source is connected to its input terminals and a load is connected to its output terminals
in bjt,CEBJT is best amplifier
,but wen compared to fet, FET is da best

Answer / guest
YES BECCAUSE THE WORK OF AMPLIFIER IS APMLIFY FROM LOW TO
HIGH,AS SAME IF WE INCREASE NUMBER OF TURN THEN IT INCREASE
