How do you handle conflict with programmers?..

Answer / kiran 4m vizag

Well said priya, but let me tell u guys how we handle
developers in or comp. When a find a moderate or cosmetic
defect we raise it. but incase of Serious or Critical we
discuss it with developer before raising it (and this is
not the case always). If he doesnt agree we raise a defect
and put a clarification mail to them with cc to team leads
and managers so that they are aware of the discussion.

How do you handle conflict with programmers?..

Answer / priya

As bible says, do to others as you want them to do to you,
As you wait patiently to get answer for your question, you
should handle programmers with patience. No one in this
world will admit their mistake, so you have to place
yourself in programmers position and try to deal with them.
