What you do whenever reported defect rejected?..

If any of bug is got rejected, first you need to check the
reason for rejection, there are n of reason to rejection ,
but your intention ( testing perceptive ) you should not
agree for an rejection , try to make it as valid and reopen
the bug. Only u can agree the following cases..

1. After getting confirmation with BA , dev team is rejected

2. Duplicate of bug id

3. Not understandable ,

4. In-consistent without having screen shots (not reproducible)

The above four cases are somewhat acceptable... but make
sure they got a written mail confirmation from BA not over
by the phone or etc...

i will first observe the supported documents & screen shots
those are given by developer who rejecected the bug..
and
re test the testcase which is related to the the that bug
