you should check all type of test like Winding
ratio ,Winding resistance,megger value,megnetic balance,
Heat run test,High pressure test, low Pressure test.Air
pressure test,IOVT test,Vector group test, oil BDV test,

The MVA Rating here shows that you require a transformer which converts 11 kv to 66 kv. If you want to buy such a heavy transformer , then the seller will itself provide all the details
