Answer / karthick
crank case explosion is mainly caused by oil mist ignition.
how this oil mist gets formed?
whenever some parts of the engine for ex bearings become
hot then the lubricating oil in the bearing gets heated and
evaported and when the oil flows to colder area it will
condensate and forms an oil mist.this oil mist is an
explosive so when it comes into contact with any ignition
point it catches fire and causes explosion

so why should the oil mist get accumulatedin the crankcase
#1?? ur answer is partly right.. i would say..
this oil mist is produced continouosly as the oil get warmed
up as the engine runs...
also, from every cylinder exhaust gas leaks into the
crankcase(oil sump) in small quantities always(blow by to a
small extent), this heats up the oil.. when the temp reaches
the ignition point of oil mist, it causes an explosion..

Both are starting on 13amps after that rise up to around 21 within 1 minute. After will be trip on high pressure. Showing 68 psi in suction side on standby mode. Can i have a solution without delay?
