Well in my opinion the answer is no. CO2 is a fire
extinguisher and does not support burning. So there is no
question of burning it. If you cannot ignit the fuel( i.e.
CO2 in this case) how can u run an airplane?

Due to new and utterly inefficient techniques, carbon
dioxide can be broken down into oxygen and carbon monoxide.
this carbon monoxide can then be used to produce plastics
and gas.
