if you have to use same IP with the same port no then you
have to use host header in IIS configuration...

Sorry the above answer is incorrect:
You cannot host a website with one IP
address and multiple port ID. But you can always host the
the website with one port ID on multiple IP addresses or
server.

Important thing is you cannot host a website with one IP
address and one port ID. But you can always host the the
website with multiple port IDs on one IP address or server.
