hi,
yes ofcourse its increasing performance against when work
load increases, in teradata performance wil not affect
because the work load is evevnly distributed acorss all the
amps.

Yes. But in that case no. of users should be the same. i.e.
suppose there are 5 users requesting 50 MB data, so the no.
of users should not increase. If suddenly 10 users start
demanding the same data, performance would not increase
even if the no. of amps are increased...!!
