hi i got visa rejected twice on nov 13 and dec 1 .......so now can i go for the visa interview again in this month of dec .previously i had apllied in emergency slots ....so now can i aplly or wait for 6 months to take my interview again?????can u please suggest me???????

2 21620Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009). Thanking you in advance, Anant

3764Hi i hvae just attended a H1 B interview at mumbai consulate during the interview visa officer asked me few basic questions and asked me that are you going to work at client side or inhouse project for this i told him that i am going to work for inhouse project immidiately visa officer said i have cheked your company's website and there is no avidence of inhouse projects and said your company is fake asked me to come again with supporting documents as per the list given by him after 15 days time i went their with all supporting documents that time same visa officer was there, he has not asked me a single question and after 5 min time he told me thst youe compny has copied project from the another company and your company and project both are fake so don't hold your breeth because you are not going to get the visa and gave me the 221g stating that they will contect me via email in this case. what do i need to understand? what will be the outcome ?

Hello, i am Suraj. I got rejected on my ineterview on december 8th and have again taken the date for 17th.During my interview a guy quarreled with the interview taking person and then the same girl took my interview. My all documents are upto date bank balance is enough,self property is good,watevr she asked i told her fluently but also she rejected telling me that ma income source is not enough. I dont understand why i got rejected. The friends who had taken the interveiw along with me got selected though their family background is more poor than mine. i am afraid i will get rejected again.
