Hi i hvae just attended a H1 B interview at mumbai
consulate during the interview visa officer asked me few
basic questions and asked me that are you going to work at
client side or inhouse project for this i told him that i
am going to work for inhouse project immidiately visa
officer said i have cheked your company's website and there
is no avidence of inhouse projects and said your company is
fake asked me to come again with supporting documents as
per the list given by him after 15 days time i went their
with all supporting documents that time same visa officer
was there, he has not asked me a single question and after
5 min time he told me thst youe compny has copied project
from the another company and your company and project both
are fake so don't hold your breeth because you are not
going to get the visa and gave me the 221g stating that
they will contect me via email in this case. what do i need
to understand? what will be the outcome ?

and wat u need to do.

rejected candidate for usa.

Hi, I have just 1 year 10 months of exp. in Software field as developer and on Nov 5th my case status changed to "Approval notice sent". Now, I have 3 doubts. Please clarify. 1. Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it?
