for HT motors no of cold starts used to be :3 and warm stops
used to be 2 but max it depends upons manuf he will provide
it in his charecteristics catalog

Depend upon the thermal characteristic of the winding and
type of insulation and cooling system provided maximum start
from the cold is allowed 3 withing an hour.
Due to 7 to 10 times of starting current winding requires to
be cooled. Thermal capacity used is provided by the smart
motor protection relays and that relay is not allowed to
start the motor until and unless thermal capacity after
cooling down is reset.
