RATIOS . IF THE WATER CEMENT RATIO CHANGES 28 DAYS STRENGTH
ALSO CHANGES ......................FINALLY AGAIN 7 DAYS
STRENGHT IS 2/3 OF THE FINAL 28 DAYS STRENGTH AFTER THE
