Carbon Black is a reinforcing agent mixed into the ingredient of tyre base materials such as natural and manufactured rubbers....Silica is a newer agent which also helps improve tyre characteristics. I hope this helps explain the question posed!

Because the black
carbon is mixed in vechile tyres.
According of physics the black body is a well absorber of waves comin-g by the sun . In this UV also present which is a reason to destroy the Mechanical ( ME) or Electrical (EE) properties of tyre material

During the process of vulcanization of rubber to make it sheer resistant to make tyre out of it, a certain proportion of carbon mixed into it, without this procedure tyre will not be able to stand for friction and the carbon is responsible for tyre characteristic is black. So that's why tyre colour is always black.

Most tire compounds are brownish color. In unprotected
forms, rubber compounds degrade as a result of ozone( part
of the air that we breathe). When ozone combines with
ultraviolet light from the sun, it attacks the tire polymer.
To prevent tires from rapidly deteriorating, a sacrificial
absorber is used, "carbon black" - which, fittingly, makes
tires black (carbon black is also used in inks, paints,
crayons, and polishes).

Dear,
This is nothing but the protection of properties of
tyre from the rays & heats.you must be knowing about black
body radiation.
and who said that tyre material means rubber is black
thatswhy....no man rubber can be in black but it is not in
black and if you know about polymers & volcanization than
you can understand it easily.
Regards,
