which traditionally run on proprietary special purpose

NORMALY WHEN IN TELEPHONE WE DIAL A NO THEN IT ROUTES TO
TELEPHONE EXCHANGE FIRST AND AFTER THAT PROCEED TO THE
DIALED NUMBER SO EVERY TIME U CALL TELECOM OPERATOR 'LL
CHARGE FOR IT BUT IN CASE OF EPBAX A COMPANY HAS TO PAY FIX
SOME OF MONEY AND OWN A SMALL EXCH WHEN THAT COMPANY PEOPLE
TALK AMONG THEMSELVES THE CALL NEED NOT HAV 2 GO TO
