Shall we get electrical shock if we touch the positive
terminal of a 230 volt dc supply?

sorry dear frnds have u ever tried this ????????????
who tell u that u got a shock on touching a single terminal
of battery with ur hand.
it doesn't matter wether u r touching posiotve or negative
terminal.
if u r touching it one by one sepratly u wouldn't get a
shock
u get shock only in the case when one terminal of battery
is connectimg to earth and ur trying to touching the other
terminal.

You will get a shock from dc source, no doubt
But only if u touches both +ve and -ve terminals.
You can also get a shock if the -ve terminal is earthed.

NO YOU WILL NOT GET SHOCK UNTIL YOU COMPLETE THE RETURN
PATH EITER BY TOUCHING THE NEGATIVE OR TOUGINH THE BODY
WHICH IS EARTHED.

depends upon you if you are
1. Isolated from Earth
2. Directly in contact of Earth
in first case you will not get any shock in any case either
AC OR DC
in Second case you will definitely get shock either AC OR DC

yes, we will get shock until negative terminal is earthed
otherwise no possibility of closed loop to flow return path
current....

yes the positive terminal of the battery act as a source
and the earth provides the return path .

It depends entirely on what else you touch at the same
time. If the other side of the 230V supply is grounded
(earthed) and you are touching something that is connected
to the same place, you will get a very big jolt (I have
done that with 300 volts DC!) If the other side is not
grounded (as is true in hybrid cars like the Toyota Prius)
you would have to contact whatever is connected to the
other side to receive the shock, and in ungrounded systems
those are often well protected.

100% electrical shock will not get by touching single
terminal..if we touch both positive and negative only it
will shock..........its true

Sure you will get shock.
+ve---||----earth-----||--- _ve
The insulated conductors form capacitors.
Think that two capacitors are in series, middle point is connected to ground and one to +ve, second to -ve (220V DC). Now you can see the voltage across each capacitor which will cause you electric shock.
To see practically, take one good digital multimeter (Fluke), check voltage between ground to +ve and ground to -ve, you will get half of the source voltage.
