Remote mount with MTA means MTA connector for mounting
remote connection.

MTA is the Connector used for connection.
Generally we called it MTA Connector.

There are many types of MTA connector such as MTA 100
connectors, Mta 156 connectors etc...

Rosemount came up with new design which has a type N
thermocouple. The MTA is option code.
If you opt this code, then it will be with integral
temperature sensor.
Hence you can get multivariable output like temperature,
mass flow in case of saturated steam.
If you want mass flow rate of saturated steam, you should
select this option and its a great development.
