IT IS BASICALLY TERMED AS 3 ELEMENT CONTROL.
THIS IS USED IN BOILER HOUSE WHERE IN DRUM LEVEL IS CONTROL.
SO IT INVOLVES FEED WATER CONTROL , STREAM FLOW CONTROL AND
DRUM LEVEL CONTROL SIMULTANEOUSLY.

3 Element means,in that application is mostly used at
Boiler feed water control for maintaing the drum level in
steam drum,it consists 3 mesure devices,one is feed flow
trx,second is steam flow trx,and third one is drum level
(compensated)trx

Can DP transmitter with orifice plate works on Beta ratio 0f 0.3 and differential pressure of 100 MMWC in liquid service application?
Is wet leg type system nessesary to measure water level of steam DRUM? How the transmitter is calibrated to measure this level?
On drum level, why we are using air to close Control valve?

capillary type tranmitter using remote seals and capillary tubes filled with liquid of known of known density so if you wanna callibrate it just close block valve just before capilary @ high side & connect druck apply it's calibrated range pressure as normal calibration ensure low side block valve must be closed & if you asking commissioning so this is not a DP type pressure tx so simple if you wanna put in servie this tx just open high side block valve & than low side block same way i do it but still transmitter showing -13 ma.just tell me what i want to do ?
