MOSFET is "metal oxide semiconductor field effect
transistor" used for gate voltage control fired converters
in mainly in digital controlled converter circuits, as it
is a voltage controlled device thus it have no loading
effect on the C-MOS IC's, which are widely used in digital
circuits.

what happens if number of poles in stator and rotor windins of slip ring induction motor are not same. Will it rotate near to the synchronus speed defined by stator?
